The MeCaMInD Method Cards, an outcome of interdisciplinary collaboration, offer a user-friendly design tool with each card outlining a method's goal, procedure, and use context. The cards, tested in diverse fields, are classified into five categories: Mood Setters, Movement Methods, Movement Concepts, Modifiers, and Instruction Cards, making them adaptable across various design contexts.
